LifeFone Shipping & Returns Policy

LifeFone Offers the following Shipping Options:

Standard Ground - delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the time of purchase.

3 Day shipping - guaranteed third business day delivery if ordered by 3pm EST (non-holiday)

2 Day Shipping - guaranteed second business day delivery if ordered by 3pm EST (non-holiday)

Overnight - guaranteed next business day delivery if ordered by 3pm EST (non-holiday)

Overnight Saturday Delivery - guaranteed Saturday delivery if ordered by 3pm EST (non-holiday)

Any orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays and inclement weather may delay delivery, and LifeFone is not responsible for any service interruptions by the carrier.

Order Status

Once an order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-940-0262.

Return Policy

In order to receive a refund for any unused months of service, you must return all of the equipment that came with your order, including power supplies, neck pendants, wristbands, charging cradles, and safety sensors. Confirmation that we received your equipment is dependant on whether all of the equipment was returned.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you call to cancel your service within the first 30 days of receiving your equipment, and if you return all of the equipment within 15 days of cancelling your service, you will receive a full refund. All refunds after the first 45 days of receiving the equipment will be prorated.

Lost or Damaged Equipment

A lost or damaged equipment fee of up to $395 will be charged for all LifeFone Systems. The LifeFone At Home and On the Go GPS and Voice in Pendant Systems must be returned with both the charging cradle and the handheld device or a lost equipment fee will apply.

For your convenience, our Customer Care Team can provide a prepaid return shipping label for a charge of $14.95. If sent by regular mail you can expect to receive your label witin 5 to 7 business day. If you request an electronic Return Shipping Label, you will receive an email within 48 hours from UPS. We recommend checking your Spam folder as this email may be sent there.
Please note that if any requests for a Return Shipping Label placed on a Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
If you do not receive your Return Shipping Label via email or mail within the timeframes outlined above, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-940-0262.
When returning items back to LifeFone, we recommend requesting a tracking number from the shipping carrier to confirm the arrival of the package.
