LifeFone’s shipping and returns information.

  • Standard Ground – delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the time of purchase.
  • 3 Day shipping – guaranteed third business day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
  • 2 Day Shipping – guaranteed second business day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
  • Overnight – guaranteed next business day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
  • Overnight Saturday Delivery – guaranteed Saturday delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
  • Any orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays and inclement weather may delay delivery, and LifeFone is not responsible for any service interruptions by the carrier.

LifeFone Return Policy

You may cancel your service by calling LifeFone at 1-800-940-0262 and letting our Customer Care Agent know you are cancelling your service. Returning the equipment is at your expense. Service will be cancelled effective the day the system is received at our location. You may receive a prorated refund, based on the non-discounted monthly rate, after we receive your complete system. Any purchased accessories are not returnable for refund.
