In September we focused on falling, how to prevent them, how to equip a home to cut down the risk of falling, and how to help your loved one bounce back after a fall. September was also a month to focus on fruits and vegetables, and how healthy eating matters and is important to your overall health.
One of the most important things we can do for our aging loved ones is to make sure that they are keeping themselves properly nourished. Often times it can be hard for them to get out to the grocery store, or to even consider what they may even feel like eating. Because of that, taking the time to do some meal prep ahead for them may be an option that would work for your loved one.
